Why are some courses not visible?
HoldPoint lists only published courses that have passed content, question-bank, reference, and pricing validation. Draft or incomplete material is intentionally withheld.
How is access granted after purchase?
Checkout uses a server-selected Stripe price. Enrollment is created only after HoldPoint receives and verifies Stripe’s signed payment webhook; the browser redirect does not grant access.
Is learner activity private?
Progress, notes, review items, attempts, purchases, and certificates are tied to the authenticated user. Database queries for learner-owned records are scoped to that user.
Are the legal policies effective yet?
No. The Terms, Privacy, and Refund pages are clearly marked as pending approval. Live-mode checkout remains disabled until approved policies and business details are supplied.
