Do I need my own reference books?

Yes. HoldPoint teaches a lookup process but does not replace the references required by your exam program. Confirm the current exam outline and permitted references directly with the credentialing body before your appointment.

Does a passing HoldPoint simulation guarantee an exam result?

No. Simulation scores are practice evidence only. They do not predict, certify, or guarantee a result on an ICC or other credentialing-body examination.
